Hilversum, 28 July 2006 2waytraffic enters exclusivity with Celador
2 Way Traffic N.V. (“2waytraffic” or “the Company”), the international developer and exploiter of interactive content, announced today that further to the announcement of 17 July 2006, it has entered a period of exclusivity with the owners of the business, assets and rights to ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’ (“Millionaire”) and the intellectual property and format library of Celador International Limited (“CIL”) to investigate a potential acquisition of Millionaire and CIL by the Company. 2waytraffic is in the process of completing its due diligence and will update shareholders in due course.
