2waytraffic N.V. ("2waytraffic" or the "Company"), announces that it has issued 2,983,106 shares to satisfy the payment of deferred consideration in relation to the acquisition of Complete Communications Corporation Limited, Knight Whitehill Productions Limited and The River Studio Limited, which completed in December 2006. Application has been made for the 2,983,106 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each in the Company to be admitted to listing on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. It is expected that dealings will commence on 20 June 2008.
