Hilversum, 17 July 2006 2waytraffic (“2waytraffic” or the “Company”) Suspension announcement
The Board of 2waytraffic notes the press speculation regarding its participation in the auction for the business, assets and rights to 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire' ("Millionaire").
The process with the vendors of Millionaire is at an early stage and may or may not lead to an offer from 2waytraffic for Millionaire. 2waytraffic is not in exclusive negotiations and has not completed its due diligence or reached agreement on the terms of the potential acquisition. However should the acquisition proceed, under the AIM Rules the potential transaction would constitute a reverse takeover by the Company. As a result the Company has requested the suspension of trading in its shares in accordance with the AIM Rules. The Board will update shareholders of progress in due course.
