Appointment of Non Executive Director

2 Way Traffic N.V. (“2waytraffic”), the international developer and exploiter of interactive content, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Malcolm Gardner as a Non Executive Director of the Company with effect from today.

Following this appointment, the Board of Directors of 2waytraffic will have three Non Executive Directors: Chris Pye (Chairman), Henk Keilman and Malcolm Gardner. The appointment of Mr Gardner is in line with the Company’s intentions at the time of the Company’s admission to appoint a third non-executive director within 6 months. Mr. Gardner’s financial and listed company expertise will complement the creative and entrepreneurial experience of the existing Non Executive Directors.

Mr. Gardner (48), qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and has spent most of his career working with growing companies, initially as a professional accountant and partner in practice and latterly working at director level in the commercial sector, with predominantly retail, leisure and media companies. Most recently, Mr. Gardner was Group Finance Director of Television Corporation Plc, at the time, one of the top five independent TV production companies supplying all UK terrestrial networks and a number of overseas broadcasters. The roles he has undertaken combine financial and operational management with the formulation and implementation of strategies, in both privately backed and publicly listed companies.

Commenting on the appointment Chris Pye, Chairman of the Board, said: “Malcolm brings with him a wealth of financial, business and media sector expertise which will further strengthen the Board as we continue to grow the business both organically and by acquisition. We would like to welcome him to the Board and believe that his extensive experience will be beneficial to the Group in the years to come.
