Hilversum, 21 December 2006 Completion of Acquisition
Further to the announcement of the passing of all resolutions by the
shareholders of 2waytraffic N.V. ("2waytraffic" or "the Company") at the EGM
held on 18 December 2006, the Company is pleased to announce today the
completion of the acquisition of the entire issued share capitals of Complete
Communications Corporation Limited, Knight Whitehill Productions Limited and
The River Studio Limited, which own the business, assets and rights to "Who
Wants To Be A Millionaire?" and certain other formats (the "Acquisition").
Accordingly, the Enlarged Share Capital of the Group, consisting of 130,396,163 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each has today been admitted to trading on AIM.
